This website does not replace official notices, billing statements, receipts, or formal communications issued by the PMO.
This website is independently managed by the One Satori Residences community administrators and is not operated by DMCI Homes or its affiliates.

The website may provide links to third-party payment platforms, including:
PayMongo (direct payment facility)
Maya (step-by-step payment guide)
GCash (step-by-step payment guide when available)
All payments are processed entirely by their respective external platforms. This website does not collect, process, transmit, or store payment information.

One Satori Residences has no control over system availability, processing times, errors, or failures of external providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy before confirming payments.
Users must keep proof of payment for PMO verification.

Entries in Google Calendar are not publicly visible and are accessible only to authorized PMO personnel for scheduling purposes.

The Property Management Office (PMO)
Authorized members of the Community Development Council (CDC)
Authorized administrators of the Exclusive Satori Community (ESC) Club
Only individuals who require access to perform official functions are allowed to view submitted information.
Data is automatically and permanently deleted after one (1) year from the date of submission.
4.4 Use of Third-Party Services
Google services and other third-party platforms used for storage or payments may process data outside the Philippines, in accordance with their global infrastructure.
One Satori Residences does not control the privacy practices, data centers, or security standards of external service providers. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of those platforms.

Request deletion or blocking, subject to operational requirements

Requests may be directed to the Property Management Office (PMO), which is responsible for managing and handling all personal information submitted through this website.

In case of any security incident involving personal data stored through Google services or third-party platforms, the Property Management Office (PMO), as the Data Controller, will handle any required notifications in accordance with applicable laws and NPC guidelines.
